1.Acceptance of Agreement

Welcome to eleberric. By accessing our web application, browsing our catalog of electronic components, or initiating guest checkout orders, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our storefront.

2.Orders, Payments & Pricing

All prices listed on eleberric storefront are expressed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. We support secure purchase checkout through:

• Direct Bank Deposit: Payment matches must be submitted via our tracker link within 24 hours to secure active warehouse inventory.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Enforced strictly for valid verified shipping addresses. Cash handovers are required upon courier dispatch.

3.Delivery & Courier Logistics

We dispatch packages island-wide from our Colombo fulfillment hub. Standard delivery times are 1 to 3 business days. While we take maximum care to ensure components are secure in premium protective anti-static wraps, delivery schedules are subject to local postal or private courier factors.

4.Warranty, Defects & Guarantees

We stand by our components. eleberric offers a 7-Day Defective Replacement Policy. If a microcontroller board, sensor module, or actuator displays an out-of-box manufacturing defect, contact us immediately with technical logs to initiate a free replacement layout. This does not cover damages caused by incorrect soldering, over-voltage input, or manual short-circuits.
